How long after ordering is my product shipped?

Each item is handcrafted and assembled with love just for you and your loved one. Due to this, please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to ship. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 2-5 Business Days w/ Standard Shipping (1-3 Business Days w/ Expedited).

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We ship most of orders from our Florida, USA factory. Some of our handmade items are shipped from our Arizona office. Your item will arrive within 2-5 business days if you selected our Free Standard Shipping option. For our expedited shipment option, expect it to arrive within 1-3 business days.

Which carrier do you use?

We ship all items with United States Postal Services (USPS).

Do you ship in other countries?

As of now, we only ship in the United States.

I didn't receive my order.

Please email us at info@shinykeepsakes.com quoting your order number from the confirmation email/ SMS message sent to you. We'll help track down your order. Alternatively, you can also send us a message via the Chat Bubble at the bottom right hand corner of our site.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, we can’t guarantee that it can be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

How can I check the status of my order?

There will be an email sent to you, in which you can go back and forth and see the progress. Or you can reach out to us, and we can provide the details.

I received an item that is different from what I ordered. What should I do?

If you believe you received the incorrect product, please keep the item(s) unused and in the original packaging and reach out to our Customer Service Team. The email is info@shinykeepsakes.com.

We will work to get the package re-shipped and for you to get the correct item. We will require a picture of the incorrect product you received.

Do you share any of my personal information with outside companies?

We use third-party service providers to ship orders and to process credit card transactions. We only provide these companies with the appropriate and necessary information. They do not store or share this information in any way.

Can I pick up my order?

All orders placed through Shiny Keepsakes will be shipped to their destination via the courier USPS.

What payment methods do you accept?

Any type of credit card, via PayPal or Shop Pay.

How much does shipping costs?

It depends on your location with the U.S., shipping is calculated by weight and distance. Additionally, factors such as expedited shipping or overnight shipping may have an additional cost.

Sold-out Product – when will it be in stock again?

Our website is updated daily. We recommend you follow it or set up a notification by subscribing to our newsletter. Once the desired product is back in stock, you’ll receive an email notification plus any deals or events that we have for the month.

Why should I buy online?

Speeding up the process. By ordering online you can get prices faster and you will be able to go through order confirmation and payment process much faster. This could save days of your time going through different stores.

Not only that but you will also have easy access to all your previous orders any time you want. And you can make a re-order anytime based on your previous orders by only a couple of clicks. This will save time and effort as you don’t need to go through all the documents and emails from the past.
